Challenge

A leading commercial property advisory and investment company sought to improve its thought leadership reputation in the UK and strengthen its relationship links with clients and prospects.

We worked closely with the heads of the research and marketing units to design and carry out a programme of thought leadership research and related-client engagement programme.

Approach

EXTENSIVE INTERVIEW PROGRAMME: Face-to-face interviews with a broad range of property heads and other senior executives across a range of corporations.

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP PIECE: After analysing the needs of customers, relationship drivers, industry trends and their expectations for the future, we drafted an original, highly strategic thought leadership piece.

MATERIAL DESIGN & DELIVERY: Producing an engaging client-branded version of the thought leadership piece and accompanying PR and marketing material for its launch.

LAUNCH EVENT: In conjunction with the client, we planned and presented the original research at an exclusive event with current and prospective customers, with a dinner and forum event afterwards offering a networking opportunity for new business and deepening engagement with clients and prospects.

Outcome
